Processing Time

Processing times depend on the type of product:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 2–4 business days

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders — including custom items and branded resale products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can review the issue.

Kendra Kouture is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to carrier errors or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
